What is it:

At present we have adopted ten schools to improve the infrastructure and quality education. We are planning to adopt more schools.

A good school needs a good infrastructure. We are committed to improve the structure, tools and amenities of the schools. We also care about the cleanliness of the environment. Quality is the mark of a student. To provide a better quality education we are also employing part-time teachers. we are also availing the service of a follow up staff for Kongadai school students to curb the drop outs

Except for the few schools, all the other schools are situated in the Eastern ghats. To be more specific it lies in the Bargur hills. Bargur hills is a strange mixture of Kannada speaking Lingayath and native Solaga tribes. It is a part of the Anthiyur constituency. It is 80 kms from Erode. It lies 800 meters above sea level. The population of the Bargur hills is around 25000. Totally there are 34 government schools and a private school there. Most of the schools are situated in the forests. Almost all the schools don't have a regular public transport.

We visited all the schools and interacted with students and teachers to know about their needs. The list of requirements gathered from all the schools are here: Required Things for All School

We approved all their demands and carrying out one by one. Their needs and works in progress are as follows :

1. From 1.12.2022 we are granting a monthly incentive of Rs.500 per month to the socially marginalized students of Kongadai schools according to their attendance. 35 students are benefitting from this scheme.
